Booking Policies
Deposit Required and Cancelations
A "30% non-refundable but one time transferable deposited" is due at least one day beforehand for the purpose of confirming a session. This means if you have to cancel the session then it can still be applied to your very next session as a one time courtesy. This 30% is applied to the overall session payment, so afterwards only 70% is left to be paid at the end of the session. An "approved cancellation" is within 6 hours of your scheduled block time, a last minute cancellation may result in losing your full deposit.
Booking Requirements
All sessions blocks are at a 2 hour minimum in order to reserve a slot. Half hour increments are not allowed, if the client goes over 5 minutes a full hour is due to continue. Session time does includes 30 minutes for final edits and data transfer via clients preferred method. (The method must be able to hold audio and session files 6 gigs or more is recommended). Example, if a session is booked for 4 hours the last 30 minutes of the session is designated for final edits and data transfer. If you desire to have it emailed to you, it must be done during the session time. If the files need to be re-emailed for any reason after session has ended, a Data Transfer Fee will be applied. (Cost to re-email is 1-hour of studio time). Please plan accordingly. Session file will remain in studio archives for 6 months before deleting.
Start Time
Session starts promptly at scheduled time not arrival time. Don't be late, use your time block accordingly. If possible, have your track and files with you (or sent over in advance) for your efficiency. But if needed we can help obtain files.

Covid-19
If you have had any cold or flu symptoms within the past two weeks you will not be allowed to enter. A touchless temperature check will be completed upon entering. Please provide a face covering during session time. All equipment has been thoroughly sanitized before and after for everyone's safety.
